![]() ![]() I'll start with a but.we got on the check-in line at 7:30pm - there were two agents for at least 20 guests waiting on line. ![]() Quick Synopsis - Room was very clean - the MOST important quality of any accommodation. But please do not deceive your customers that are also. The Casino and Hotel are immaculate - we love it. BTW we checked in on a Wednesday - the Hotel was completely EMPTY! there were bars and restaurants that were not even open!! Maybe if they offered a discount on the room - I wasn't interested in the view - but we paid $299 on an empty Wednesday - and the agent was totally misleading - Shame on You!! I would have loved to leave a positive review - we loved the bartender at Dolce Vita - where we had appys and drinks. She told us since we checked in so late (huh? before 8pm?) - the only rooms available were on the 2nd floor (I requested high floor) - oh - she was able to upgrade us to the 3rd fl - REALLY? I asked her if we would be overlooking any exhaust fans or roofs and she laughed and said "of course not - we do not have ANY rooms with the kind of view" Guess What? Please see my pics of the view. Our reservation agent was very friendly but completely lied to us with a smile. ![]()
